The Russians in first place for the sale of apartments in Bulgaria, the poles are leaders in buying. Data published by the real estate Agency “New Estate” covers the summer months of 2015.
Analysts Bulgarian real estate company “New Estate” analyzed the structure of buyers and sellers of apartment housing in Bulgaria on a national basis. Data for summer 2015 are as follows. Among sellers in the first place the Russians, which accounted for almost 52% of the total number of transactions. Second and third places went to the British and Ukrainianswho have committed respectively to 40.7% and 7.4% deals about the sale of the property.
In the structure of buyers of the first three places went to the Polish citizens - nearly 33%, Ukraine - 26%, Russia - 18,5% of the total number of transactions. In 11% of cases, the properties were acquired Bulgarians and citizens of Azerbaijan and the UK.
