About 417 million Euros, or half a billion American Dollars earned Bulgaria ski resorts 2012 – 2013. A growing number of tourists, whose number has exceeded 1 000 000, not only justified the construction of new slopes and lifts, but also significantly enriched investors, promptly acquired the property near the famous winter resorts. It is noteworthy that this winter here rested the inhabitants of Greece, Romania, Macedonia, preferences, which brought Bulgaria to new positions in the ranking of countries with developing ski resorts. Among those wishing to conquer the ski slopes appeared and citizens of Turkey, the Philippines, and India and Germany.
The leader of sales in winter tours in this year was Bansko, which was ahead of the resorts of Borovets and Pamporovo more than 100000 travelers who attacked local hotels and rental apartments.
