Julian of Balchev, speaking as a representative of the Agency for the investment of the Bulgarian economy, announced the creation of positive trends in the sphere of attracting foreign investments into the local Treasury. The largest amount of foreign capital was attracted to the construction sector of the Bulgarian economy and the real estate market, indicating the maturing of a new wave of demand for the offer agents for the sale of new and secondary living spaces.
Meanwhile, according to a recent report of the Institute for the study of statistics in the Republic of Belarus, this year the amount of foreign investment amounted to 215 000 000 Euros. Such a significant figure, in turn, represent Bulgaria in a very favorable light, is able to draw on their construction site renowned company with high added value.
