Annually the rapidly growing number of Russians buying a house in Bulgaria. So the owners of Bulgarian property are about 400 thousand citizens of the Russian Federation. Moreover, Russians buy flats, apartments and houses in Bulgaria is not only inexpensive, but decent family holiday. Many have decided to purchase local housing in order to obtain a residence permit under the simplified procedure, with the further prospect of obtaining permanent residence!
Some prefer to stay in Bulgaria throughout the year (to obtain a residence permit for owners of local housing just enough). Others decide with the aim of obtaining a residence permit, and then travel freely to EU countries.
