According to the data for the second quarter of 2015, published by the main statistical office of Bulgaria, the number of permits issued for construction of residential properties rose 1.7% in annual terms. The increase compared with the first quarter of the current year amounted to 18.8%. The total number of permits in the second quarter of 2015 $ 2459, of which:
- 1140 - residential buildings;
- 44 - administrative building;
- 1275 - buildings other destinations.
Most permits received capital construction company - 187 documents. These 3 places were taken Plovdiv, Burgas and Varna region with 147, 98, and 91 of the number of permits, respectively.
If we consider the number of new construction projects, the situation looks as follows. In the second quarter of 2015 began construction of a building 1531, of which:
- 847 - residential property;
- 27 - office and administrative facilities;
- 657 - building for another destination.
The number of new construction projects significantly exceeded the indicators of the first quarter of the current year and the previous year's result. Relative changes in the percentages are as follows:
