Forecasting the real estate market of Bulgaria portends a small development of prices for new housing in the country, the increase of which will not exceed 2 – 3% of the limits of the current year. Bulgarian brokerage agencies oriented to work on the domestic real estate market, the market has reached its bottom, as evidenced by the stabilization of prices on new and secondary housing.
According to the Deputy Chairman of the Council of NSNI Dobromira Geneva, price stabilization is a powerful basis for the formation of positive expectations regarding the development of the cost of housing on the market. In addition, in his estimation, this year was extremely active in apparent demand for purchase of agricultural land to domestic and foreign investors. Meanwhile, the stabilization of prices, as well as the experience of previous years will retain the superiority of Russians investing in Bulgarian property market.
