From 1 January 2016 the BULSTAT register will become fully electronic, as a plastic card BULSTAT will be replaced by electronic registration. After the entry into force of amendments to the Law on the BULSTAT statement of registration in the register of the State Agency for Registration can be submitted at any time of day any day of the week.
Already work is underway on developing a national Internet portal for the electronic recording, storage and administration information. The new registry will be centralized, public access and free database, so over time it is planned to cancel for obtaining an identification card BULSTAT that considerably will facilitate life to new owners of property in Bulgaria!
