Bulgarian estate agencies report rising property demand at Black Sea resorts. Sales growth is particularly noticeable in the market for new housing .
Sales in Burgas rose by 12% year on year and in Varna by 1%. Growth reached 18% in Byala and 9% in Balchik.
Some resort regions saw lower buyer activity. Property sales in Nessebar, Pomorie and Tsarevo fell slightly compared with the corresponding period of 2015.
Most buyers are young adults aged 25 to 40 making their first home purchase. They pay close attention to the property's quality, neighbours and infrastructure.
