Volume index of buildings put into operation in the 4th quarter of this year celebrated its reduction of 18.4%. Thus, according to the NSI, in the equivalent period last year was commissioned 3389 buildings. The maximum performance was demonstrated by the Bourgas region, followed by resorts of Varna and Plovdiv region - the total number of objects was 126, 99 and 45 buildings respectively. Meanwhile, the decline in the volume of construction gives rise to the emergence of a new wave of demand for luxury resort accommodation Bulgaria in view of the predicted stabilization of prices on the domestic market of real estate.
