In the 4th quarter of 2016, the average cost per square meter of real estate in Bulgaria grew by 8.1% compared to the same period of 2015. And the relative increase of cost compared to the 3rd quarter of 2016 amounted to 2.4%. Such data published by the Bulgarian Institute of statistics (INE).
Most in Q4 2016 real estate has risen on the secondary market – by 8.8% in comparison to last year and by 2.8% in comparison with the 3rd quarter of 2016.
New housing for the period increased in price by 7.0% in annual terms and by 1.7% in comparison with the previous quarter of this year.
Positive dynamics of the value of the Bulgarian "squares" has been over 2015 and 2016. Experts predict that in 2017 the continuation of a trend a sustained price increase.
