Famous Bulgarian resorts, namely Plodiv, Sunny Varna and Burgas moved the new construction from the dead point noting the tendency of growth of interest to the erection of new buildings on the territory of the popular tourist resorts. Sliding the capital of the state in the first place, the resorts of the southern States began to break records on permits for new construction for the first time since 2012.
It is noteworthy that only in the last quarter of this year in Plovdiv permission was granted for the construction of 84 houses and 41 building social and administrative values, in Varna, this figure was 85 and 30 buildings respectively, and in Burgos will soon build 57 residential and 36 non-residential facility. Thus, in comparison with the data of 2012, the rate of new construction in Bulgaria grew by 1.2 percent, reflecting the recovery in the new homes market.
