A survey of brokers by Bulgarian property revealed a significant decline in the traditionally strong indicators for the December sales of residential properties in the country. In comparison with December of last year, at the moment of transaction sales are constantly decreasing, showing a decline of 5.6%, however these figures have not touched the real estate value of 40 to 80 thousand Euros. It is remarkable that people are willing to buy luxury apartments for personal use, not wanting to invest the real estate market, buying a land or an apartment in the resort. According to brokers, clients of real estate agencies mostly buy ready apartments in Bulgaria with the repair, without the intention to save on the purchase of housing in the early period of construction of the building.
Currently, a significant part of the brokers works by the date of residential space for rent constantly growing number of tourists and visitors to Bulgaria.
