As reported by international news Agency “Reuters”, a construction company from Turkey Garanti Koza plans to invest in the Bulgarian property market of 240 million euros. These funds will be used for the construction of a large complex of residential and commercial buildings in the Metropolitan area youth. The joint project will be the largest investment in the Bulgarian real estate market of recent years.
For the construction of the new complex is planned to allocate about 43 thousand square meters of land. On site will be built several multi-story residential buildings, a shopping center, it is planned to establish a well-developed infrastructure of entertainment. The construction is scheduled for 2018. Turkish investors plan to implement several projects on the territory of Bulgaria. Second investment project of the Turkish company will be the construction of several residential buildings in the centre of Sofia. Details of the project will be announced by the investor at a later date.
