From 14 December, the visa fee for citizens of Russia and Ukraine will be 2,695 rubles. An urgent Bulgarian visa will cost up to 5,390 rubles, while the service fee will be 1,643 rubles. Document certification prices have also increased: 770 rubles for the first page and 385 rubles for each subsequent page. The service fee for legalisation is 300 rubles.
This is not Bulgaria’s first visa fee increase this year. On 29 June 2015, the fee also rose by 10% because of the euro’s rise against the ruble.
