The comfort of urban life in harmony with nature! The Bolgarskiy Dom company has prepared an excellent investment offer from the developer. In the village of Priseltsy, eighteen kilometers from the sea, the construction of autonomous two-story houses is underway. Three types of real estate with different layouts are open for purchase: 169, 158 and 142 sq. m. An asphalt road is laid to Varna, and the village is developed and includes all infrastructure links.
The sale of real estate is carried out with rough finishing. By the end of 2022, four houses are almost ready (Act 14 was received), six more are under construction. Summer 2023 is the time when ten houses will be fully commissioned. The cost varies depending on the size of the plot, the area of the house, the degree of readiness, as well as the payment method (the developer offers several options). The starting price is 1056 euros per 1 sq. m. There is no service fee for common parts.
