The comfort of urban life in harmony with nature! The Bolgarskiy Dom company has prepared an excellent investment offer from the developer. In the village of Priseltsy, eighteen kilometers from the sea, the construction of autonomous two-story houses is underway. Three types of real estate with different layouts are open for purchase: 169, 158 and 142 sq. m. An asphalt road is laid to Varna, and the village is developed and includes all infrastructure links.
The sale of real estate is carried out with rough finishing. By the end of 2022, four houses are almost ready (Act 14 was received), six more are under construction.
