A new housing estate business-a class "Balkanica" - in the southern part of Bulgarian black sea coast.
The complex will be built 14 cottages and 15 townhouses in a single architectural style. The area of cottages from 267 sq. m. to 480 sq. m. townhouses from 122 to 167 sqm sqm
The infrastructure of the village:
• Asphalt driveways and internal roads, lighting of public areas, cobble-stoned walkways;
• Has an exit to the sea beach;
• Security of the complex. The entrance to the village is through the security checkpoint with automatic gates and barrier to entry;
• At coastal and inland areas will be organized playgrounds, areas for active recreation, gazebo, children's Playground, barbecue area.

Heating of buildings in the cold season at the request of the buyer may be implemented by one or several options:
• installation of inverter air conditioners.
• installation of an electric battery, convectors;
• organization of individual heating system: includes the installation of electrical or (in the future) gas boiler, additional equipment, wiring pipes, installation of batteries;
• the ability to accommodate a fireplace are provided in all types of buildings;
• installation of electric Underfloor heating indoor (pay only for the cost of Underfloor heating kits).

At the request of the buyer, there is a possibility of changes in the internal layout of houses and townhouses in compliance with all regulatory, design and architectural requirements of Bulgarian state standard.
