Sunset villas is a complex consisting of 18 villas of luxury, built on a plot area of 11,000 sq. m. a 10-minute drive from the complex is the largest Bulgarian resort Sunny beach. This is the perfect place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Peace and quiet, pastoral landscapes contribute to complete relaxation.
All villas are built to individual order of 9 to 12 months. In the period up to 45 days to get a building permit and negotiated the details of the project. The house is built as per the client's site. In accordance with the Bulgarian legislation, the construction is not conducted from 1 may to 1 October, so as not to disturb neighbors. Each Villa is equipped yard space and a garden.
SCHEME AND PAYMENT METHODS
Standard payment plan:
I installment – 50% of initial fee.
II installment – 40% during a rough structure
THIRD installment – 10% upon receipt of Act 15.
With 5% discount:
I installment – 95% initial fee.
I installment – 5% upon receipt of Act 15
Scheme with a 5% appreciation:
I installment – 20% at the time of booking. The Deposit is non-refundable.
II installment – 30% at the stage of rough construction
II - installment – 50% upon receipt of Act 15
Payment plan in installments up to 3 years and a 12% appreciation per year
First installment: 30% upon commencement of construction and within 14 days from the date of signing of the contract with the development company
Subsequent payments: on an individually negotiated plan with the buyer in accordance with its capabilities and desire. Maximum period of payment of the property is three years, and the annual appreciation of 12%.
