The complex is located in close proximity to the largest water park in Bulgaria, a 7-minute walk from the beautiful beaches of Sunny Beach and 25 km from Bourgas Airport. Excellent infrastructure, close proximity to the center of the resort suggest a variety of entertainment and active pastime. Please note that this is the first complex in Sunny Beach with its own golf course. Installment terms:
40% of the price of the apartment is paid in four installments within 9 months:
- 10% upon conclusion of the preliminary Agreement;
- 10% after 3 months after the 1st payment;
- 10% after 3 months after the 2nd payment;
- 10% after 3 months after the 3rd payment;
The balance of 60% of the cost is an installment plan without the participation of a bank, under an agreement with the developer:
with installments up to 2 years from the date of conclusion of the contract - an increase in price of 3.6% per annum
In installments up to 3 years from the date of conclusion of the contract - an increase of 6.3% per annum
In installments up to 4 years from the date of conclusion of the agreement - an increase of 6.5% per annum

It is possible to pay 100% of the cost within 1 year without appreciation.
