Payment schemes:

- 10% 3 months after the 3rd payment;
the remainder of 60% of the cost - installments without the participation of the bank, under an agreement with the developer:
for installments from 2 to 3 years from the date of conclusion of the contract - an increase in price of 3.6% per annum
for installments from 4 to 7 years from the date of conclusion agreement - an increase in price of 6.5% per annum
Installment payments are made in quarterly installments.
Payment of 100% of the cost within 1 year without an increase in price is possible.
The right to use the apartment is transferred after payment of 10% of the cost, upon delivery of the complex into operation, notarization after full payment.
Option B. When paying according to this payment schedule - 2% discount from the price list
100% of the cost of the apartment op is paid within 1 month from the date of signing the contract and making a reservation fee of 1000 euros.
