Complex "Gerber 3" is located in the western zone of the tourist resort of Sunny Beach, just 400 meters from the beach. Its particular appeal is its reasonable prices. Today it is one of the most affordable offers on the coast. It is located right in the center of Sunny Beach, close to restaurants, supermarkets, the central alley and offices, while the place itself is very calm and quiet, surrounded by greenery.

The living area is mainly compactly distributed between studio apartments and small one-bedroom apartments. On the last two floors of the building, projects have been developed for apartments with one or two bedrooms, maisonette type with an internal staircase. The area is used economically considering the purpose of the apartment.

Windows of all apartments overlook Sunny Beach and the sea, and on the last three levels of the building, there is a beautiful sea panorama.
