In the spring of 2018 visited with his wife overseas property exhibition in Moscow, and we made a decision to buy an apartment in Bulgaria. The Internet has selected several real estate agencies and all were sent a request for a selection of options. The only Agency that almost immediately responded and started to send the options of apartments, was the Agency "Bulgarian House". So my choice fell on it, as later I absolutely do not regret it.
In August with my wife for 6 days, arrived in Bulgaria safely and chose the apartment in Sunny Beach. In late October, the transaction took place. Everything went without problems and all my excitement and they, of course, were, were in vain.
I want to mention highly professional work "Bulgarian Home", especially to Express our gratitude to our agent, Anne. Just awesome performance and attentive, responsive attitude to clients. If not for her, we it would be quite difficult to quickly settle on the spot and solve small problems inevitably arise when buying property, especially in another country.
