An apartment in Bulgaria was acquired to help the Agency "Bulgarian House". Managers of the company were offered many options of apartments of various developers and property owners. The choice of the apartment took 3 days. We looked at about 40 options, and new and re-Fund, with furniture and without.
Chose any option left a Deposit (2000 euros), signed a contract with a lawyer, power of attorney issued and flew away. In the next visit already engaged in furniture.
