House or apartment? What kind of housing is better?

The main question of this article, different people will respond differently. Anyone who has lived some time in the village will probably be more inclined to invest in a private home. And those who are accustomed to city life and doesn't want to spend a lot of time caring for house will probably prefer an apartment. "To each his own" - tell someone. And will be right. However, let's look at the practical side of this issue.

Perfect for the holidays

Many Russians buy property in Bulgaria to use on a vacation. Which option is preferable in this case?

Advantages of the apartment:

  • it can with a calm heart to close for the duration of your absence;
  • behind it easier to maintain;
  • upkeep will be cheaper than maintaining a home.

Dignity at home:

  • feel themselves masters of their territory;
  • enjoy the peace close to nature;
  • comfortable accommodation for a large family.

Own a house on the coast sounds nice. However, all is not so simple as it seems at first glance. Here are a few aspects that you need to consider before buying residential property in Bulgaria:

  • First, the house near the sea shore is not only romance, but also the hassle associated with maintenance of housing. It is no secret that the rich salt air affects the appearance of the facade, and therefore must be periodically refreshed.
