The choice of the buyer offers a variety of options: luxury cottages and villas by the sea, comfortable apartment, and the usual city apartment.
Recently among construction sites occupy a large share of the so-called apart-hotels located on the beachfront with luxury apartments and a whole set of additional services. Will not be superfluous to add that such a property is particularly popular among foreign buyers. What are the features of a modern apartment? How do they differ from familiar city apartments?

Apartments are apartments with all amenities, ready to move in located in hotel complexes, consisting of at least two rooms. The cost of this type of housing, depending on the quality characteristics ranging from 800 to 1500 euros per square meter. Generally, this type of residential properties are especially popular in Europe in the resort areas, which is visited by many foreign tourists. There are different types of apartments. The most common are apartments with one bedroom, in our understanding of conventional two-bedroom apartments and European versions of "Studio", where a living room combined with kitchen area. Often sold in 2 -, 3-bedroom and multi-level apartments.

The real estate market can find enough offers for sale apartments: apartments in new buildings or in the secondary housing market. Apartment for sale, suggest the presence of modern repair (Windows, tiled bathroom and kitchen, high quality sanitary ware), but usually they are sold without furniture and built-in appliances. Prices for the same property depending on the location and characteristics of the object range from 500 euros per square meter.
