How does it work?
We conclude the contract for the management of the apartments, which prescribed in detail the rights and obligations of the parties. On the basis of this contract you give us access to the apartment, and 2 sets of keys. We photograph the object placed a renting platform VPUT and control all issues with tenants.
The money earned from the lease of the object we list you under the terms set forth in the contract.
Our services

Prices
- Services property management – 30% of the rent;
- Cleaning services – from 15 € per cleaning depending on the complexity and size of the apartment;
- Change of linen and towels 4 €;
- Services settling-eviction – 15 €;
- Shuttle service to and from the airport – from 20 € depending on car type and distance from the residential complex.
Payment is made in any convenient way for you:
- Credit card;
- From the balance in the personal Cabinet VPUT;
- Cash in our offices.
