An excellent offer for a long–term stay of a large family is open in Aheloy - a house in the Vineyards complex. This is a two–storey villa with two bedrooms, a courtyard and a swimming pool, tastefully furnished and fully equipped for permanent residence. Ground floor layout: living room with kitchen, bathroom, storage room. Second floor: two separate bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom, an additional bathroom in the hallway and two terraces with sea views. The heating system is implemented by a fireplace with air ducts.
The house is located on the territory of a separate courtyard with a modern barbecue area, flower beds, an outdoor covered terrace, a swimming pool and a parking lot. All technical equipment and furniture, as well as household inventory, remain from the owners to the buyers. The built–up area of the villa is 146 sq. m. The sea is three kilometers away (about ten minutes by car).
