Quiet part of Ravda, studio-type apartment at an excellent price! An apartment is offered for sale in the Elitonia 2 complex – one of the buildings of the year-round resort family. 44 sq. m., ground floor with a very convenient layout. The apartment is bright, with many windows, with a dedicated kitchen area (built-in refrigerator, washing machine, surface, microwave), and a laconic layout of the room with a small utility room (pantry). Good furniture equipment, sold in a condition ready for moving in.
With a decent service level and being in a location that disposes to a leisurely and relaxing rest, the support fee in Elitonia 2 is small and amounts to 7 euros. The following amenities are waiting for residents here: a swimming pool, parking spaces, a small bar, a barbecue area, and a playground with swings. One hundred and fifty meters to the sea, for recreation or year-round living.
