Ten minutes from the center of Sunny Beach and half a kilometer to the sea – a studio on a minimum budget from the Bolgarskiy Dom company! Apartment on the third floor in the Sun Light complex. A bright and clean space with a convenient layout, and a young orientation of windows. The total area is 28 sq. m. There is a private, laterally enclosed, and large terrace with an organized seating area. The interior is included in the price.
The residential complex Sun Light is built about five to ten minutes from the Chaika quarter, a half-hour drive from Burgas, and just a ten-minute walk from the sea. The Old Node quarter, in which the complex is located, is full of amenities – restaurants, shops or entertainment are no more than a couple of minutes walk away. As facilities on site, residents are offered: a bar, a garden terrace, a play area for children. There is a swimming pool, the fee is 8 euros. The complex has Act 16, as well as separate current and water partides
