Sveti Vlas, excellent price for a permanent residence apartment! We are launching a 2-bedroom apartment for sale on the third floor of the Bel Air complex, with an area of 70 sq.m. The layout is as follows: from the hallway, you enter the living room, next to it is a small kitchen with a stove and fridge, two bedrooms with beds and wardrobes, a bathroom with a toilet, and a terrace for outdoor relaxation. Everything is sold with furniture and appliances — from a microwave to a sofa, so you can move in immediately or rent it out to tourists. The space is bright, the price is attractive, and the condition allows you not to worry about repairs.
