Sale excellent one bedroom apartment in the complex "crown Fort Club" on the border of St. Vlas. The apartment has a convenient layout, it is spacious, the furniture and appliances in good condition (did not give up the owners in the lease). Panoramic sea views from a comfortable balcony with wicker furniture, breathtaking.
The total area of the protected complex covers over 10 hectares and has all the amenities you may need. For the smallest visitors there are animators, there are lots of swimming pools supervised by lifeguards, children's playgrounds and most importantly – a beautiful, spacious, landscaped grounds. The restaurant and bar, fitness area, grocery stores and supermarkets, will allow you to enjoy a comfortable stay without leaving the grounds.
But if you love to travel, it offers car rental and public transport. Just a couple of kilometres one can enjoy the busy and active youth resort Sunny beach, take a walk through the cozy streets of the historical town-Museum of Nessebar or, after about 90 km, to evaluate the rocky beauty of the beautiful Sozopol.
