Casablanca is a 15-apartment building with no annual maintenance fee — the owners run the common parts themselves. Over ten years that is several thousand euros less than a resort complex with a pool and security. Apartments start at 63 sq m, and the beach is 400 m away.
Chernomorets is a year-round town between Burgas and Sozopol: permanent residents, a school, shops and buses that run all winter. The building sits in the centre rather than out by the road, so cafés and grocers are a couple of minutes on foot. The finish specification, parking count and payment schedule are not fixed in the project description — ask for them in writing before any deposit.
Casablanca is not a resort complex with facilities on site: you pay for metres, the view and the walk to the beach, not for the upkeep of a pool. If you want service and guarded grounds, compare the bigger projects in Sozopol and Sunny Beach before the deposit.
