• Maintenance fee. The annual maintenance fee is €12 per sq. m. For a 73 sq. m apartment, this is approximately €876 per year, while a 120 sq. m property costs around €1,440 annually. This level of expenditure reflects the large landscaped grounds and extensive range of on-site services.
