• Heating. The complex has a central heating and cooling system, so the apartments are comfortable in winter too.
• Buildings and parking. Buildings of 5 to 7 floors with lifts; there are parking spaces on site that can be bought separately.
• Security. The grounds are gated and guarded, with a reception open all year.
• Documents. Before a deposit is paid, we check the documents for the apartment, that there are no maintenance fee arrears, and the terms of the contract.

Sveti Vlas is a quiet resort at the foot of the mountains next to Sunny Beach and Nessebar. The beach is about a 7-minute walk away, with supermarkets, cafés and a medical centre nearby, so people live here all year.
