According to the Minister of tourism Nikolina Angelkova, Bulgaria once again became the most popular tourist destination for Russians.
According to preliminary data in the current holiday season, visit Bulgaria for 7-10% more tourists from Russia than in 2016.
Tour operators from Russia are registering growth in popularity of the Bulgarian destinations and increase bookings during the tourist season.
According to the Minister of tourism, for the first 5 months in Bulgaria has been visited by 71 thousand Russians, which is 6.4% more than in the same period last year.
