The Bulgarian statistical Institute published data on changes in property prices in the 4th quarter of 2018.
According to the report, the average cost of real estate in Bulgaria has grown at an annual rate of 5.5% compared to 4 quarter of 2017. A new property has risen by 6.1%, second homes – 5.3%.
The increase compared to the 3rd quarter of 2018 was up 0.9 percent. In the segment of new housing, a decrease in value by 0.1%, in the segment of the secondary real estate growth of 1.4%.
Analyzing the dynamics of indicators for 2016-2018, it is possible to observe a downward trend in the rate of growth of real estate prices. For comparison, in the fourth quarter of 2017, the annual growth rate was 8.2% and in 2016 to 9.0% compared to the same quarters of previous years.
