the remaining 60% of the value of the contribution without the participation of the Bank, under contract by the developer:

when installments up to 2 years from the date of signing the contract – the price rise of 3.6% per annum

when installments up to 3 years from the date of contract conclusion – rise 6.3% annually
when installment up to 4 years from the date of contract conclusion – rise 6.5% per annum
when installments up to 5 years from the date of contract conclusion – rise 9.8% per annum

Payments by instalments are quarterly or semi-annual installments.

You can pay 100% of cost for 1 year without any interest.

The right use of the apartment is transferred after the payment of 10% of the cost, deed after full payment.

100% of the cost of the apartment is paid within 1 month from the date of signing the contract.
