The cost of apartments in Sunny beach depend on the location:

Between the Central road of Sunny beach and the highway Burgas-Varna (500-800 meters from the beach). The cost from 10 000€ for a Studio of 17 000€ two bedroom apartments from 22,000€ for a two-bedroom apartment.
Features of the area
A bit far from the beach, but there are large supermarkets and cafes. For example, near the aquapark is a large supermarket, “M. M. Market” with low prices for food, and near the Central square, supermarket Mladost.

OUR RECOMMENDATIONS

If you are interested in quiet and comfort, it is better to watch the properties in between the central road of Sunny Beach and the highway of Burgas-Varna. There are less discos and nightclubs.

If you are planning a year-round or seasonal residence in Sunny Beach, it is best to look for options too, closer to Nessebar, because there is a year-round supermarket called “Janet”, located close to kindergarten and school.

If you want to be in the center of events and to hang out, it is better to buy an apartment in the Central Part of Sunny Beach or Saint Vlas. There are many cafes, restaurants, clubs, supermarkets, offices, etc. But during the high season there is a lot more noise and you may find difficulty parking.

Why Sunny Beach?

First of all, the beautiful, clean and 10 km Long Beach was awarded the Blue Flag of the international organization FEE for environmental friendliness and safety. The bottom is sandy with safe shallow entry into the water. Fine sand every morning leveled and clean from cigarette butts.
Secondly, from Sunny beach to neighboring towns (Nessebar, St Vlas, Ravda, Pomorie, Burgas) buses run regularly, including in the winter. In recent years, Sunny Beach has developed strongly and now has a very convenient infrastructure for living. More and more people (especially pensioners from Russia and Ukraine) live here all year round.
Fourthly, the apartment in Sunny beach can be profitable to rent. For the season (it lasts from June to September) apartment with sea views can fetch between 1500 and 3000€.
